Is the title of a pastor enough?

We’re living in a society today that just the mention of your office in ministry sends people in a spiral uproar. People are tired of water down messages, compromising messages and the encouragement of sin. Is this the fault of the clergy? Do people recognize and respect the mantle on your life? Are you sold out for Christ or are you perpetuating the fraud? These are all valid questions that deserves valid responses. To sum it all up we all play a major role in our local community and churches. If we deny our flesh than we can begin to operate according to the word of God. We will no longer be judgmental. We will stop putting people in position ( offices) as leaders when they have yet mastered being great followers ( students). We will lean not unto our own understanding and seek God for wisdom and knowledge. Let’s talk. What are your thoughts and opinions upon this topic?
